The Harrows Carbon 360 Shafts have it all. They consist of a polycarbonate body complemented by a Carbon top. This interchangeable top does not simply spin freely. It maintains its direction and does not wobble. Only when incoming darts would bounce off does it turn to the side. This means your darts feel exactly the same when throwing as they would with standard non-rotating Shafts.
